INGREDIENTS :
 1 cup cantaloupe or rockmelon, chunks
 120 ml orange juice
 2 cups plain yogurt
 8 ice cubes
 1 tbsp honey (optional)

COOKING METHODS :

- Place in all the ingredients into the mixing jar to blend until very smooth.
- Select preset mode R "SMOOTHIE" Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Pour into a glass and serve right away for the best texture.
