INGREDIENTS :
 ¼ onion peeled
 1 clove of garlic peeled
 20 g olive oil
 2 tbsp butter
 100 g button mushrooms
 ½ tbsp soy sauce
 Pepper to taste
 15 g white wine (optional) (omit for halal)

COOKING METHODS :

- Place in onion and garlic, press TURBO
Settings: Timer: 3 Seconds

- Scrape down sides of mixing jar, then add in the oil, start saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in the mushroom and seasoning. Then saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 90°C

4

- Serve.
