INGREDIENTS :
 50 g fresh ginger, peeled and slices
 4 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade Chicken
 2 chicken whole legs, cut into 3cm (1 leg approximately 330g)
 2 tbsp garlics, smashed
 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
 1 tsp sugar
 1 tbsp shao xing wine (omit for halal)
Garnish
 Scallions
PREPARATIONS :

- Marinate chicken and sauce for 30 Minutes

COOKING METHODS :

- Install Blunt Blade
- Place sesame oil and ginger slices in the mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Place marinated chicken in the mixing jar continue to saute.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

4

- Add Shao Xing wine through the lid hole and saute
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

5

- Serve hot with rice
