- Place dates in the mixing jar, sprinkle over baking soda. Pour over boiling water.

- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : 25 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C
- Turn pudding molds upside down on serving plate. Serve warm with remaining warm sauce and ice cream or cream.
