Spicy Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS :
 450 g chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
 1 tbsp poppy seeds
 4 tbsp vegetable oil
 2 onions
 4 green chiles peppers, chopped
 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
 2 tbsp chili powder
 470 ml water
 1 tbsp garam masala
 1 pinch ground turmeric
 Salt to taste
COOKING METHODS :

- Place poppy seeds into mixing jar to grind.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 9

- Set-asides.

- Add in oil, onions and green chiles to saute until golden brown.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add ginger garlic paste, poppy seed paste and chicken pieces, and continue to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in red chili powder and water into mixing jar to cook until chicken is cooked through.
Settings: Timer: 30 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

The oil should be floating on top of the skillet liquid

- Add in garam masala, turmeric powder and salt, then stir all together.
- Transfer out the dishes and ready to serve.
