300 g long red chillies, halved deseeded
2 medium red capsicums, quartered
1 onion, quartered
6 cloves garlic, peeled
30 g fresh ginger, peeled
4 tbsp olive oil
100 g honey

- Place chilies, capsicum, onion, garlic and ginger in the mixing jar. Then chop.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 8

- Add olive oil and honey then sautes.
Settings: Timer: 40 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 90°C

- Let it cool to room temperature and store in a clean jar in the refrigerator, it will last up to 4 weeks.
