INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 500 g radish or turnip , cut into chunks 2-3cm
(B)
 30 g shallots
 2 clove garlics
 1 chinese sausage, cut 3cm
 3 medium mushroom, soaked
 50 g dried shrimps
 2 tbsp cooking oil
(C) Seasoning
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tsp sesame oil
 ½ tsp ground pepper
 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 ½ tsp chicken powder
 2 tbsp cooking oil
(D)
 227 g rice flour
 25 g corn starch
 380 ml water
Steam
 1000 ml water
Garnish
 Scallions, chopped
 Fried shallots, cut finely
 2 Red chilies, diced
 Sesame seeds, toasted
COOKING METHODS :

- (A) Place radish in the mixing jar. Press TURBO.
Settings: Timer: 2 Seconds
- Set-asides

- Rinse the mixing jar, and place the ingredients (B) except cooking in the mixing jar. Press TURBO
Settings: Timer: 2 Seconds
- Repeat one more time if you like smooth texture.

- Use spatula to move B.mxiture aside, and add cooking oil over the base to sauté (without measuring cup)
Settings: Timer: 8 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 100°C / Heat Power: 5

- (C) Add seasoning sauce , cooking oil and B.mxiture to saute.
- Select preset mode R - STIR - RUN then adjust the timer to 25 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C / Heat Power : 10

- (D) Mix flour, cornstarch and water in a separate bowl. Pour in the mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C

- Place , fold the edge and grease the aluminium foil then place on the steamer tray.
- Pour the radish mixture into the aluminium foil and level the surface with a spatula.

- Fill up water in the mixing jar to steam
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “- RUN then adjust the timer to 40 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Cool and slice into small rectangular shape, pan–fry over medium heat until both sides turn golden.

- Garnish with scallions, dried shallots, chilies, and sesame seeds. Serve with chili sauce and sweet soy sauce.
