 50 g dried chilies, boiled
 140 g coconut sugar
 170 g peanuts, fried
 5 g garlic
 ½ tsp salt

- Soak dried chilies in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the water.

- Add the coconut sugar to the mixing jar. Chop

- This peanut sauce or satay sauce, as it is also known can be served hot or cold but it will need extra water if it's heated.
-If you don't eat spicy food, you can reduce the amount of chili
-When eating, add water to adjust to a suitable consistency
