INGREDIENTS :
Chicken Marinade
 340 g chicken breast, cut into cubed (1 piece approx 170 g)
 1 tbsp light soy sauce or coconut aminos
 1 tbsp garlic, minced
 2 tbsp orange juice
 ½ tsp black pepper
Orange Sauce
 1 tsp ginger powder
 1 tsp red pepper flakes
 50 g brown sugar
 1 tbsp honey
 60 ml orange juice
 4 tbsp rice vinegar
 2 tbsp soy sauce
Stir-fry
 3 tbsp oil
Starch Water
 1 tbsp corn starch
 2 tbsp water
Garnish
 ¼ orange zest
 scallions, chopped
 sesame seeds
COOKING METHODS :

Marinade Chicken
- Cut the chicken into cubes. In a medium bowl, marinate the chicken with all the ingredient together. Make sure the chicken is completely coated.

Orange Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together ginger powder, red chili flakes, brown sugar, honey, orange juice, soy sauce and vinegar. Set asides.

Tips: For more orange fragrant, suggested to blend the juice and flesh.

- Install blunt blade.
- Add oil and marinated chicken into mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

Notes: you can use mixing blade for speed 1 in this recipes (2 chicken breast). Suggested blunt blade if to cook more serving.

- Add in orange sauce into mixing jar to stir fry until aromatics and sauce thickens.
Settings: Timer: 8 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in starch water and orange zest.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped scallion.
