INGREDIENTS :
 ½ cup overnight rice (1/2 cup = 1 plate)
 2 cloves garlic
 3 shallots
 3 pieces green chillies
 2 tbsp cooking oil
 10 g anchovies
 1 large egg
 50 g kangkung
 ¼ tsp salt (to taste)
COOKING METHODS :
1

- Place the garlics, shallots and chilies to blend.
Press TURBO for 2 Seconds

- Add in oil and anchovies to fry.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add in egg through measuring cup and close the measuring cup to cook.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed L / Temperature : 120°C

- Open the jar lid , then place the butterfly whisk.

- Add in rice, kangkung and salt to taste in the mixing jar to stir fry.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Serve !!!
Notes: Suggested to use blunt blade for fry rice with more capacity.
