INGREDIENTS :
 80 g sugar
 3 egg yolks
  tsp salt
 3 tsp matcha or Japanese green tea powder
 250 ml heavy whipping cream
COOKING METHODS :

- Add sugar and matcha to the mixing jar and press TURBO for 2 Seconds

- Add in eggs yolk, whipping cream and salt into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature: 80 °C

- Let it cool completely
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours

- Transfer back the ice cream to mixing jar and blend.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Scrape down jar and Repeat for finest texture.

- Transfer your ice cream mixture back to the airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight before serve.
