INGREDIENTS :
Spice Paste
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 big yellow onion, chopped
 3 garlic cloves, minced
 1 tsp turmeric
 1 tbsp garam masala
 ½ tsp cumin
 ½ tsp coriander
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 2 tsp salt
 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
To Fry
 60 g cooking oil
 907 g stewing beef
To Cook
 227 g tomato passata
 1 tsp brown sugar
 227 g beef stock
 1 tsp lemon zest
Garnish
 Fresh cilantro
COOKING METHODS :
1

- Add oil, onions, garlic, spices, salt and pepper into mixing jar. Saute until onions become soft and golden.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add tomato passata, brown sugar and bring to a boil.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Continue blend all into a paste.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Transfer to a bowl and set asides.

- Add in oil and meat to fry. Brown the meat on all sides.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in the blended spice paste, stock and add lemon zest into mixing jar to continue cook.
Settings: Timer: 30 Minutes / Speed : 1 / Temperature: 100°C

- Serve this incredibly tender and flavorful beef masala curry with steamed rice and chopped cilantro.
