 50 g shallots
 5 pieces chillies padi
 5 g fresh turmeric
 50 ml water, to assist blending
(B)
 150 g smoked beef, thinly sliced
 2 stalks lemongrass, bruised
 1 turmeric leaf, thinly sliced
 200 g coconut milk
 200 ml water
 2 tsp salt
 1 potato, cut into 6 pieces
 1 piece asam gelugur
COOKING METHODS :

- Place Ingredients A into mixing jar to blend.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed : 8

- Add all Ingredients B together to cook.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 100°C

- Serve with white rice.
