INGREDIENTS :
(A) Filling
 200 g chicken or pork
(B) Filling
 250 g (A2) shrimp peeled, deveined
 80 g onion
 80 g scallion (spring onion)
 20 g garlic
 1 tbsp ginger
(C) Filling
 225 g firm tofu, drained
 ½ tbsp sesame oil
 Salt & pepper to taste
(D) Dumpling Wrappers
 250 g all-purpose flour
 100 ml water
 1 egg white
 1 tsp olive oil
(E) Sauce
 2 tbsp light soy sauce
 1 tbsp rice vinegar
 Chili flakes to taste
 1 tsp sesame oil
 Scallion or ginger (optional)
COOKING METHODS :

Filling :
Place in ingredient (A) and chop.
Settings: Timer: 5 Seconds / Speed 6

- Place in ingredients (B) and press TURBO .
Settings: Timer: 3 Seconds

- Place in ingredients (A, B, C) and combine.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed 1

Wrappers:
- Install Kneading Blade
- Place ingredient (D) in the mixing jar.
Select preset mode R - KNEAD and run the auto setting : Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 3 then continue Timer: 7 Minutes / Speed: 2
or
- You may use manual setting for quick kneading.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature: 37°C

- Wrap the dough with cling film and Rest for 30 minutes.
Settings: Timer: 30 Minutes

Sauce:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Steam:
- Place 500ml water in the mixing jar, place the steamer on top of the lid and steam. Make sure to line the steamer with a wet cheesecloth to prevent the dumplings from sticking.
- Select preset mode R - STEAM - RUN, adjust he timer to 15 Minutes

Pan-Fry:
- Heat frying pan with oil on medium heat and add the dumplings for about 1-2 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
