INGREDIENTS:
 2 cm piece fresh turmeric, peeled
 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled
 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil (no fragrant)
 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
 350 ml fresh milk (for boil)
 150 ml fresh milk (for blend)
Garnish:
 1 rose pedal , cut tip and break the pedals
 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
COOKING METHODS:

- Place turmeric and ginger in the mixing jar.
- Select preset mode R - SMOOTHIE
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Scrape down sides.

Notes: If the spices not blend well, press TURBO 1 second to blend again.

- Add fresh milk to boil (remove the measuring cup)
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 2/ Temperature : 100°C

Notes: If make more than 500ml serving, place steamer larger for water splatter.

- Add remaining milk to blend. (Close the measuring cup and lock the lid cover)
Select preset mode R - SMOOTHIE
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Pour into a cup , drizzle some rose panels and pinch of ground cinnamon for serving

Tips:
- To get rid of any spice remnants, you can strain it before drinking.

- The coconut oil will help the turmeric milk froth when it’s cooking, it’ll add a nice richness, help you absorb the healing compounds in this drink, and will keep you fuller longer too.
