 25 g butter
 5 cloves garlic
 handful of curry leaves
 2 salted egg yolks, steamed with 600 g water
 1 pinch salt
Garnish
 1 tsp spring onion
COOKING METHODS :

- Place minced garlics, butter, mashed salted egg yolk and pinch of salt to saute.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in baby French beans and curry leaves to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C
