INGREDIENTS :
 300 g strawberries ,stems removed
 ½ tbsp lemon juice , freshly squeezed
 50 g granulated sugar
 30 g golden brown sugar
 100 g egg whites
  tsp kosher salt
 150 g heavy cream
 150 ml whole milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
COOKING METHODS :

- Place the strawberries into he mixing jar to blend in high speed.
Select preset mode R - SMOOTHIES - RUN. Press rotate button to Pause at 15 Seconds
*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Transfer the blended strawberries into a bowl. Set-asides.

- Rinse and clean the mixing jar. Then attach the butterfly whisk.
- Add in egg white to whip
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature : 37°C
- Continue to whip
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature : 50°C

- Add sugar to combine
Settings: Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed: 3

- Add salt, heavy cream, whole milk and reserved strawberries puree to combine
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 3

- Transfer your ice cream mixture to an airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight before serve.
