INGREDIENTS:
 125 g salted butter , softened
 50 g icing sugar
 1 egg
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 110 g all-purpose-flour or cake flour
 ½ tsp baking powder
 80 g cornflakes , crushed
 40 g raisin or cranberry
Topping:
 30 g cornflakes , crushed lightly
COOKING METHODS:
1

- Preheat oven to 180C and line two baking trays with baking paper.

- Place the cornflakes into the mixing jar and press TURBO for 1 seconds to crush. Then set-asides.

- Add butter , icing sugar , egg and vanilla essence into the mixing jar to Mix.
Settings: Timer: 15 seconds / Speed: 5

- Add flour and baking powder into the mixing jar to mix.
Settings: Timer: 20 seconds / Speed: 4

- Add the crushed cornflakes , raisin or cranberry into the mixing jar to combine.
Settings: Timer: 10 seconds / Speed: 3

- Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll lightly.
- Place about 5cm apart on baking trays to allow room for spreading.

- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool on the trays for about 5 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.

Notes: 110g flour made 40pcs cookies
