INGREDIENTS :
 600 g kampong chicken
 1 tsp salt
 1500 ml water
 10 g cordyceps flowers
 30 g dried chinese yam (huai shan)
 10 g of “Yuk Chuk” or otherwise known as Solomon
 6 g “Dang Shen”
 5 pcs of red dates
 6 dried scallops, soaked to soften
 40 g wolfberries (goji)

PREPARATIONS :

- Blanch chicken in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse and set-asides.

- Rinse all ingredients and place into the mixing jar (except wolfberries).

COOKING METHODS:

- Add in 1500ml water, chicken and salt into the mixing jar to boil.
- Select preset mode R- “STEW “ Adjust Timer : 3 Hours / Temperature: 98°C / Heat Power : 10

- Add wolfberries into the mixing jar last 10 minutes of cooking. If you like the wolfberries to be very soft and broken, add them right at the beginning of cooking.

- Serve hot.
