Classic Marinara Sauce

INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 1 large onion, quartered
 70 g green bell pepper
 50 g celery
 3 cloves garlic
(B)
 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
(C)
 800 g fresh tomatoes, quartered
 118 ml red wine (omit for halal)
 200 ml water
 1 tbsp dried oregano leaves
 2 tbsp dried basil leaves
 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 ½ tsp salt or salt to taste
 1 tsp ground black pepper
(D) Mushrooms
 15 medium mushroom, sliced
 15 g butter
 ¼ tsp salt
 177 ml dry white wine (omit for halal)
Garnish
 ½ tbsp basil, parsley, oregano and parmesan cheese
COOKING METHODS:

Marinara Sauce:
- Place the ingredients (A) in the mixing jar. Then blend. Scrape down sides.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 8

- Add the oil and start saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C

- Add the rest of the ingredients and continue cook.
Settings: Timer: 30 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 95-100°C

- Wash and clean the mixing jar.
Notes : Use Tuya apps preset mode - Simple Chef - 'CLEAN' to wash your mixing jar

Mushrooms:

- Place in the butter and melt.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 50°C / Heat Power : 5

- Add in the mushroom and salt. Then sautes.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 100°C

- Add in wine and reduce the heat, continue sautes until wine reduces.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 80°C

- Transfer the mushrooms to a bowl.
- Serve with the pasta and marinara sauce.
- Garnish with basil, parsley, oregano and parmesan cheese.
