INGREDIENTS :
300 g chickpeas
1500 ml water (to soak)
1 ½ tsp sea salt
1400 ml water (to cook)
PREPARATIONS :

- Place a container on mixing jar lid. Weigh in chickpeas and water. Soak overnight or at least 8 hours.
COOKING METHODS :

- Wash and drain the soaked chickpeas and put in simmering basket.
- Place in simmering basket with chickpeas into mixing jar.
- Add in sea salt and water.
Notes: Place large steamer on top of the jar 's lid cover to prevent water splatter.
Settings: Timer: 60 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer the cooked chickpeas into a bowl. Serve while hot.
