Chicken Tikka Masala

INGREDIENTS :
(A) Marinade Chicken
 5 chicken thighs, cut into 4 pieces each
 20 g chili powder
 20 g coriander powder
 10 g cumin powder
 1 tsp black pepper powder
 ½ tbsp turmeric powder
 50 g tomato sauce
 50 g plain yogurt
 1 tsp salt
(B)
 1 small yellow onion
 5 clove garlic
 30 g ginger
(C)
 1 tsp mustard seeds
 1 tsp cumin seeds
 2 spring curry leaves
 50 g butter or coconut oil
PREPARATIONS :

Marinade Chicken
- Cut the chicken into 4 pieces each. In a medium bowl, marinate the chicken with all the ingredient together. Make sure the chicken is completely coated.

COOKING METHODS :

- Place ingredients (B) into mixing jar to chop.
Press TURBO 3 Seconds

- Scrape down sides of mixing jar.
- Add in ingredients (C) to saute until spice aromatic.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in marinated chicken into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

- Reduce gravy from mixing jar at the last 5 min cooking time.

- Serve hot with steam rice or briyani rice.
