Braised Chicken With Potatoes

INGREDIENTS :
 700 g free range chicken, chopped
 350 g potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
 10 cloves garlic
 2 medium sized onions, peeled
 30 g cooking oil
 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
 150 ml water
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp corn flour
 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 1 tsp dark soy sauce
PREPARATIONS :

- Mix well all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Then set-asides.

COOKING METHODS :

- Place the garlics in the mixing jar to chop.
Settings: Press TURBO for Timer: 2 Seconds

- Add in onions, cooking oil and sesame oil. Then saute.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in chicken and reserved sauce mixture to braise.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in potatoes, stir well with spatula and braise.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

6

- Transfer the dishes and garnish with spring onion.
