Fermented Black Beans Pork Ribs

INGREDIENTS
(A)
 350 g pork ribs , cut into 3cm
 2 tbsp cooking oil
 3 dried chilies
 5 cloves garlic
 2 tbsp fermented black beans
 50 ml water
(B) Marinade Sauce
 1 tsp brown sugar
 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
 ½ tbsp light soy sauce
 ½ tbsp shao xing wine
 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
(C)
 1 tsp cornstarch
 1 tsp water
Garnish
 sesame seeds
COOKING METHOD
1

- Rinse spare ribs and massage with cornstarch then drain well.

- Mix together (B) marinade ingredients for the sauce. Set asides.
- Marinade the pot ribs for 30 minutes or overnight for  maximum flavor.

- Place in the fermented black beans in the mixing jar.
Settings: Press TURBO Timer: 3 Seconds

- Add the cooking oil, dried chili and garlics in the mixing jar. Then sautes.
Setting: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

Notes: You can use Tuya apps preset mode , select SIMPLE CHEF then sautés

- Add the marinated pork ribs and water to cook.
Settings :Timer: 17 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add in the cornstarch and water to stir well.
Settings : Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Transfer to serving plate, garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
