INGREDIENTS :
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
 4 large garlic cloves, peeled
 2 carrots, peeled
 440 g black beans, drained and rinsed
 1000 ml low-sodium chicken broth
 ¾ tsp oregano
 1 tsp ground coriander
 1 tsp ground cumin
  tsp cayenne pepper
 ½ tsp salt
Garnish
 80 g sour cream
 fresh cilantro, chopped
 Avocado,
 Lime wedges
 cheese
COOKING METHODS :
1

- Add in oil, onions, garlic, and carrots into mixing jar to saute.
Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 100°C

- Cook until onions are soft and translucent. Do not brown.

- Add the black beans, chicken broth, oregano, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt into mixing jar to boil.
Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 110°C

- For a brothy soup (like in our photo), serve the soup straight away.

- For a thicker, more velvety soup.
- Select preset mode R - SMOOTHIE to blend until very smooth.
Auto Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

* Caution: lock the measuring cup.
