INGREDIENTS :
Glutinous Rice
 500 g glutinous rice
 some of water
(A)
 2 tsp turmeric powder
 1 tsp salt
 1 piece tamarind
(B)
 300 g coconut cream
 2 tbsp sugar
 2 tsp salt
(C)
 1000 ml water
 2 pandan leaves

PREPARATIONS :

Glutinous Rice

- Place glutinous rice in a bowl.
- Add some water
make sure the water level is an inch above the glutinous rice

- Add in Ingredients A . Soak at least 2 hours.
- Set asides.

Seasoning

- In separate bowl, add Ingredients B .
- Set asides.

COOKING METHODS :

- Add in 1000 ml water into mixing jar. Toss soaked glutinous rice and place it in the steamer. Put in pandan leaves.
Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : 20 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer the glutinous rice in a separate bowl, mix with cooked coconut cream.

- Transfer the mixed glutinous rice in the steamer again. Make a hole in the middle of the rice.

- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “Adjust Settings Timer : 10 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Ready to serve.
