INGREDIENTS :
Pasta
 1100 ml water
 1 tsp salt
 200 g Penne pasta
Sauce
 3 tbsp olive oil
 4 cloves garlic
 4 pieces dried chilies , cut into 1 inch pieces, soaked, deseeded and drained
 2 pieces red chili padi , smashed optional
 1 can tuna in olive oil
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 stalk spring onions , chopped
 1 stalk coriander , chopped

COOKING METHODS :

Pasta
- Add water and salt into mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 9 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add penne pasta through jar lid.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 110°C

Preparation 5 Seconds
- Reserve 1 measuring cup full of pasta water and drain pasta into simmering basket. Set asides and keep warm.

- Wash the mixing jar. Add 1L water and 2 drops of detergents
Auto Setting: Use Tuya Apps - Simple Chef - CLEAN - RUN.
Manual setting: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature : 70°C

Sauce
- Insert butterfly whisk. Place olive oil, garlic, dried chilies and red chili padi into mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add tuna with all the liquid, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add cooked pasta, reserved pasta water, spring onions and coriander.
Settings: Timer: 5 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Cook
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

Preparation : 5 Seconds
Remove butterfly whisk. Mix pasta throughly in the mixing jar. Transfer onto plates and serve hot.
