 50 g millets
 40 g almonds
 ½ tsp cardamon powder
 500 ml water
 300 ml fresh milk
 3 tbsp honey
 a pinch of salt
For thicken mixture
 30 g millets
Garnish
 pinch of ground cinnamon
 some wolfberries

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Soak millets and almonds for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Place millets , almonds and 250ml water in the mixing jar then grind until smooth paste.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Strain the mixture onto a sieve or cheesecloth bag to extract the liquid completely. Add the remaining water to make the consistency more flowing.

Notes: cheesecloth bag can strain more fine mixture

- Transfer the mixture to the mixing jar
- Add 300 ml fresh milk and cook.
- Add additional 30ml millets If you want a thick malt like congee.

Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature : 100°C

- Add honey and salt through the lid hole and mix for 30 Seconds

- Transfer into a bowl, garnish with wolf berries and cinnamon powder and enjoy !
