125 ml water
125 g coconut milk
50 g sugar
15 g mung bean starch

- Place all the ingredients into mixing jar to cook at low speed until thickens.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 80°C

- Spoon into prepared casings or small shooter glasses.

- Place all the ingredients into mixing jar to cook at low speed until thickens.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 80°C

- Spoon over the pandan layer.

- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
