INGREDIENTS:
Burger bun
 325 g all-purpose-flour
 15 g sugar
 1 tbsp instant yeast
 40 g unsalted butter, softened
 165 ml warm milk or water
 ½ tsp salt
Egg wash
 1 egg yolk
 1 tbsp milk
Garnish
 sesame seeds
Hamburger Patty
 6 cloves of garlics, minced
 ½ onion, minced
 500 g beef or chicken meat
 25 g breadcrumbs
 1 egg
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
 1 tbsp milk
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tbsp honey mustard
 ¼ tsp black pepper
Topping
 Cheese slices
 Lettuce, tomato, onion , sliced thin
 mustard and ketchup

Burger Bun
- Weigh and Place all the ingredients into the mixing jar.
- Select preset mode R - KNEAD and RUN
Notes: The auto setting : Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 3 then continue Timer: 7 Minutes / Speed: 2

- Remove the dough and form a ball and place in a large lightly greased or oiled bowl. Cover with cling film and and place in a warm place for for 60 minutes until doubled in size.
- Or place into the preheat oven at 110°C , turn off the oven and let it rice for 30 minutes.

- Punch dough down and shape into rolls. Made small buns and each weighed approx. 70 grams for 8 buns.

- Place the rolls on a baking sheet. Allow the buns to rest in a warm place for up to 30 minutes until nearly doubled in size.

- Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
- Lightly beat the extra egg and milk and brush the tops of the buns.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the oven for 20 minutres, or until cooked through and golden brown.

- Place the onion and garlic to chop. Press TURBO for 3 seconds

- Add remaining ingredients to mince.
- Settings: Timer: 15 Seconds / Speed: 5

- Divide mixture into pattie size of your choice (8 medium sized patties)
- Place the formed patties on the baking sheet. With thick patties, press a dent in the center of each patty, so they don’t puff up while cooking.

- Preheat the grill or a skillet to medium heat. (Approximately 180-200°C)
- For thick patties: Grill or fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side.
- For thin patties: Cook on the griddle for 2 minutes per side.
- Place a cheese on top of the pattie

- Spread mustard and ketchup on bun bottoms. Add lettuce, tomato sliced , onion sliced then set bun tops in place.
