INGREDIENTS :
Marinate
 360 g prawns, peeled and deveined, tail on.
 1 tbsp olive oil
 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp salt
To Cook
 1 tbsp olive oil
 50 g unsalted butter, cut into 1.5 cm (split into 2 portions)
 50 ml dry wine (omit for halal)
 2 tbsp lemon juice
Garnish
 Parsley

PREPARATIONS :

Marinate
- Place the prawns, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl. Gently toss then set asides for 20 Minutes

COOKING METHODS :

To Cook
- Place chopped garlics, olive oil and 25g butter into mixing jar and saute.
Settings: Timer: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 100°C

- Add in marinated prawns to saute.
Settings: Timer: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Scatter remaining 25g butter into the mixing jar, then add lemon juice. Then saute.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

5

- Add in wine through the lid hole to saute for the last 30 seconds.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

6

- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges.
