- Preheat oven to 180C and line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Place the cornflakes into the mixing jar and press TURBO for 1 seconds to crush. Then set-asides.
- Add butter , icing sugar , egg and vanilla essence into the mixing jar to Mix.

- Add flour and baking powder into the mixing jar to mix.

- Add the crushed cornflakes , raisin or cranberry into the mixing jar to combine.

- Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll lightly.
- Place about 5cm apart on baking trays to allow room for spreading.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool on the trays for about 5 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.
