INGREDIENTS :
 227 g unsalted butter in small chunks
 200 g light soft brown sugar
 60 g caster sugar
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 1 large egg
 375 g all-purpose-flour
 1 tsp baking soda, sifted
 1 tsp salt
 270 g dark chocolate chips
Topping
 90 g dark chocolate

COOKING METHODS :

- Pre Heat the oven 190°C. Prepare a large baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Settings: Temperature: 190°C

- Place the butter in the mixing jar and melt.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 60°C

- Add the brown sugar, caster sugar, vanilla extract, egg, flour, baking soda and salt.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 6

Tips:
Use triple amount of baking powder to replace bicarbonate soda or baking soda

- Add the 270g chocolate chips and use a spatula to incorporate.

- Use an ice cream scoop to get even balls of dough (3 tablespoon each). Place scoops of dough onto lined baking paper about 2 inches apart and made to 26 cookies. Roll balls lightly with your hands then stud tops of cookie balls with reserved 90g chocolate chips.

- Bake for 15-18 min @ 190°C until golden brown.
Settings: Timer: 15-18 Minutes / Temperature: 190°C
