INGREDIENTS :
(A) Marinate Shrimps
 20 shrimps (medium large) deveined, de-shelled
 ¼ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
(B) Gravy
 4 tbsp mayonnaise
 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
 2 tsp lemon juice
 4 tbsp water
 2 tsp corn oil
  tsp salt
(C) Walnuts
 85 g walnuts, toasted
 3 tbsp honey
(D) Cooking
 2 tbsp cooking oil
Garnish
 Sesame seeds
 Chopped Parsley

COOKING METHODS:

- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with ingredients (A) salt and pepper for 10 Minutes .
- Mix all the gravy’s ingredients (B) and set-asides.

- Toast the walnuts in the oven 180°C for 6 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the toasted walnut to simmering basket, toss it and tap side of the basket to filter out the skins. (Not to mess up, toss it in the basin).
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Temperature: 180°C

- Mix the ingredients (C) honey with the walnuts and set-asides.

- Place 2 tbsp cooking oil, reserved shrimps and reserved walnuts in the mixing jar, then saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer the shrimps and walnuts to a serving plate.

- Add in the gravy mixture in the mixing jar and continue to saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Pour the gravy mixture over the fried shrimps. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
