(A) Ingredients:
- Add taro, rice flour, corn starch and water into the mixing jar with measuring cup to blend.

- Transfer to a large bowl. set-asides.
- Rinse the jar.
(B) Ingredients:
- Add shallots, garlics, sausage and dried shrimps into the mixing jar and press TURBO for 3 seconds
- Scrape down jar's side.
- Add cooking oil to sauté without MC until fragrant.

(C) Ingredients:
- Add cubed taro , seasoning ingredients and water into the mixing jar to sauté.

(E) Ingredients:
- Add (A) mixture into the mixing jar to combine and sauté.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed:1 / Temperature : 120°C / HP : 5
- Grease a square 7" cake tin and line with parchment paper.
- Pour in the taro mixture into the tin and level surface with a spatula.
- Place the tin on the steamer and stack onto of the lid's jar cover.
- Fill up 1L water into the mixing jar to steam
- Select preset mode R - STEAM - RUN , adjust the timer to 40 Minutes / Speed: 0 / Temperature : 120°C
- Transfer the yam cake from the steamer carefully.
- Garnish with chopped chilies, fried shallots, chopped scallions
Tips:
Clean a burnt base, sprinkle some baking soda , cooking oil and fill up 500ml water to clean. Select Pre-clean from Tuya apps or setting 5 minutes / speed 4 / temp. 80°C
