1 tsp shao sing wine (non-halal)
(B) Eggs mixture
3 large eggs, beaten

COOKING METHODS:

- Place the cooking oil, scallion, tomatoes to cook.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C / HP: 5

- At the timer 2:30 minutes, slowly add in eggs through the lid's hole.
Pour in the beaten eggs 4 times for 30 minutes interval.

- Continue stirring for 1 minutes in low heat power to prevent base burning.
- Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: L / Temperature : 120°C / HP: 3

- Garnish with chopped scallion and service with rice.
