- Preheat your oven to 160°C and line a large loaf tin with baking parchment.
- Install butterfly whisk.
- Place butter and sugar in the mixing jar.

- Add egg one by one though the lid cover hole approx. 30 seconds interval.

- Add in whipped cream into mixing jar to whip.

- Add in flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder into mixing jar.

- Add in chocolate chips and banana into batter to mix.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 4
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
- Decorate the slice of banana on top of the cake.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the cake is golden and crack on top and cook through when tested with a skewer.

- Allow to cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

- DON'T over-bake your pound cake. This will make a dry cake and toughen the texture.
