INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 300 g carrots - tops cut off, roughly chopped 1-2 cm
 Fresh coriander- small handful
 1 tsp ground coriander
 1 thick strip of orange rind (peel off with vegetable peeler)
 2 cm piece of ginger- peeled
 1 small onion -peeled and quartered
 1 tbsp millet or rice
 1 tbsp butter
 300 ml stock
 1 tsp sugar
(B)
 Salt and ground black pepper to taste
 100 ml fresh milk
COOKING METHODS :

- Place in all the (A) ingredients into the mixing jar.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Add the (B) Ingredients whipping cream and salt (to taste), stir to combine.

- Serve into bowls, drizzle a bit of cream, sprinkle with pepper and parsley if desired. Serve with crusty bread.
