INGREDIENTS :
(A) Marinade Chicken
 300 g chicken breast, cut thinly
 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
 1 tbsp sake
(B)
 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 clove garlic, minced
 2.5cm ginger root, peeled and minced
(C)
 ½ onion, peeled and sliced thinly
 ¼ white cabbage, chopped
 2 carrots, peeled and julienned
(D)
 1 green pepper, washed and sliced
 110 g bean sprouts
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 2 tbsp soy sauce
Drizzle
 1 tbsp sesame oil
PREPARATIONS :

Marinate Chicken

- Place the chicken in the bowl with the dark soy sauce and sake then let the chicken marinate while you prepare the vegetables.

COOKING METHODS :

- Place ingredients (B) oil, garlics and gingers in the mixing jar then sautés.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the marinated chicken and continue sautés.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the ingredients (C) onion, carrot and cabbage to the mixing jar and continue sautés until tender.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the ingredients (D) green pepper , bean sprouts and seasoning sauce. Then continue sautés.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Drizzle with sesame oil and serve with rice. Enjoy!
