Tofu With Prawn In Bean Paste Sauce

INGREDIENTS :
 6 cloves garlic
 20 g cooking oil
 1 block of Japanese pressed tofu, cut into large cubes
 8 prawns
Sauce
 100 ml water
 1 tbsp fermented bean paste
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp corn flour
 ½ tsp dark soy sauce
PREPARATIONS :

- Mix well all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set asides.
- Cut the Japanese tofu into a large cube. Set asides.
- Peel and separate the heads and shells of all the prawns.
- Clean prawns, slit the back and remove the vein. Set asides.

COOKING METHODS :

- Install Blunt Blade.
- Place cooking oil and chopped garlics to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add in prawns to saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add in tofu (gently) and sauce mixture to cook.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

5

- Transfer the dish and garnish with chopped spring onion.
