INGREDIENTS :
Marinate Chicken
 680 g chicken breasts
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 1 tbsp fish sauce
(A)
 4 tsp canola oil
 227 g onion, sliced
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tsp ground ginger
 120 ml coconut milk
 2 tbsp hot chili sauce
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Garnish
 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
 4 lime wedges
PREPARATIONS :

- Marinate chicken with cornstarch and fish sauce.
- Set-asides.

COOKING METHODS :

- Add oil and marinated chicken into mixing jar to fry on each side until golden brown and cook through.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Set-asides.

- Add onion, garlic, and ginger into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add reserved chicken into mixing jar continue to saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add coconut milk, chili sauce, sugar and lime juice to cook.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve chicken mixture over rice with lime wedges.
