Marinade Chicken
- Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. In a medium bowl, marinate the chicken with all the ingredient together. Make sure the chicken is completely coated.
- Set-asides.
- Thinly slice 30g basil leaves. Leave the remaining 15g whole.
- Add oil, onion, garlic, red chili and jalapeno pepper into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C
- Add marinated chicken into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C
- Add sliced basil leaves and continue to cook.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C
- Add remaining whole basil leaves. Stir to mix using spatula.
- Serve immediately with steamed jasmine rice.
Notes
- Jalapeno (green) chili may be substituted with 4 to 5 bird’s eye chilies for a spicier dish.
