 2 cloves garlic
 6 shallots

 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 2 lemongrass (香茅), bottom 4 inches, smashed

 10 chicken thighs (1 chicken thigh approximately 52g)
 100 ml water

 2 tbsp lime juice
 2 red chilies
 ½ green bell pepper
 1 tsp salt
COOKING METHODS :

- Add ingredients A (turmeric, garlic and shallots) into mixing jar to grind.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 9

- Add ingredients B (cooking oil and lemongrass) into mixing jar to sauté until fragrant.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

Without measuring cup

- Add ingredients C (chicken and water) to braise until sauce is thicken.
Settings: Timer: 30 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add ingredients D (lemon juice, chilies, green bell pepper and salt) to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer to serving plate and serve with rice.
