Meatball:
- Add meat in the mixing jar and grate.

- Add the onion mixture, egg, nutmeg, spice, black pepper, salt and soaked bread in the mixing jar. Mix well.

- Using a tablespoon or ice-cream scooper measure out a heaped tablespoon. Shape the meats mixture into even sized meatballs. Brush the steamer large and small with oil and place the meats on top. Set-asides.
Gravy:
- Add butter and flour in the mixing jar. Then melt and mix.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 100°C
- Add beef/chicken broth in the mixing jar and stack the steamer on top of the mixing jar.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : 15 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C
- Remove the steamer from mixing jar, add the heavy cream in the mixing jar and mix well.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minute / Speed: 4 / Temperature: 100°C
- Preheat oven 180°C, arrange the meatballs in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15 minutes.
(You can skip the baking process to increase the step 3 steaming time to 20 minutes)

- Transfer the meatballs to a plate and pour the gravy over. Serve with lingonberry jam, mashed potato (or Cauliflower Mash for low carb). Garnish with chopped parsley.
