INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 4 tbsp cooking oil
 6 shallots, sliced
(B)
 200 g cabbage , shredded
 75 g carrots , shredded
 3 g shiitake mushrooms, soaked sliced
(C)
 300 g Rice noodles (Bihun)
 100 ml water
(D) Seasoning
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 ½ tbsp dark soy sauce
 ½ tsp shiitake mushroom powder
 1 tsp sesame oil
 1 tsp pepper
 ½ tsp sugar
 1 pinch salt
 50 ml water
Garnish
 1 stalks of coriander
COOKING METHODS :

- Install Blunt Blade

- Place oil and shallots to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add ingredients (B) vegetables and sautés.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

Notes: remove the vegetable set asides if you want to have non mix bihun clean vegetables for garnishing.

- Add ingredients (C) Rice noodles and 100 ml water , (D) seasoning sauce to fry until evenly mix.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature : 120°C

Notes: Reduce to speed 2 once the bin is soften.

Notes:

⁃ if you want to have more vegetables, add the cabbage to 500g and reduce the bihun 100g.
⁃ If you like wet texture, increase the water to 200 ml
⁃ if non vegetarian , add chicken for step 2 timer is 5 Minutes
