INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 3 tbsp cooking oil
 6 cloves garlic , minced
 1 chicken breast fillets, cut into 2-3 cm
(B)
 8 prawns, cleaned and shell removed
 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 2 tbsp chili paste
 2 tsp chicken stock
 100 ml water
 2 tbsp tomato sauce
 1 tomato , cut into 2cm
 1 tsp white pepper

 500 g yellow noodles
 300 g fresh mung bean sprouts (taugeh)
(D)
 1 fresh red chilies, cut into pieces
 1 key lime , sliced
 1 stalk green spring onion, cut into pieces
COOKING METHODS :

Preparation:
- Soak the noodles for 5 minutes and rinse a few times until the water is clear and noodles have become soft.
- Clean prawns, slit the back and remove the vein and shell.

- Install Blunt Blade

- Add cooking oil, garlic and chicken into mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add prawns and mixed sauce to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add noodles into mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add fresh mung bean sprouts (taugeh) into mixing jar, then continue sautés.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer to a serving plate and ready to serve.
