To Boiled
6 eggs, boiled
100 ml water
(A)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 yellow onion, sliced thickly
some fresh kaffir lime leaves
(B)
1 tbsp stalk lemongrass, chopped
1 tbsp thai chili paste
2 tbsp tom yum paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
100 ml water
Garnish
½ fresh lime
COOKING METHODS :

Hard Boiled Eggs
- Place in eggs in the mixing jar and pour in water over the eggs to boil. Set-asides.
Timer: 14 Minutes / Temperature: 100°C
Notes : Refer to boiled egg recipes. DO NOT SET SPEED

- Add in ingredients (A) . Then saute.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C
- Transfer out from mixing jar and set asides.

- Add in ingredients (B) into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Squeeze in the lime juice.
- Pour the tom yum sauce over the eggs.
- Ready to serve.
