Soy Sauce Braised Chicken

INGREDIENTS :
 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Marinade
 700 g chicken, chopped into bite sizes
 30 g water
 5 tbsp light soy sauce
 3 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp chinese wine (omit for halal)
 ½ tsp dark soy sauce
 3 slices ginger, peeled
 2 cloves garlic, peeled
 1 cinnamon stick
 1 star anise
Garnish
 black and white sesame seeds
 1 stalk green spring onion
PREPARATIONS :

- Chop chicken into bite sizes and marinate everything together for 60 Minutes or longer.

COOKING METHODS :

- Place marinated chicken into mixing jar to braise.
Settings: Timer: 16 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add in cornstarch, stir well and cook to thicken sauce.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature : 120°C

- Transfer the dishes
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
