INGREDIENTS :
Penade Mixture
 80 g parmesan cheese
 100 g tasty cheese
 1 tbsp chopped parsley
 227 g bread crumbs
Meatballs
 20 g garlic
 200 g onion quartered
 ½ cup tomato paste
 2 eggs
 1 tsp cumin ground
 ½ tsp pepper
 2 tsp garlic salt
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tbsp parmesan cheese (from the pre-grated bowl)
 1 tsp allspice
 500 g sliced beef
Napolitana Sauce
 20 g NAPOLITANA SAUCE
 1 tsp black peppercorns
 200 g onion quartered
 50 g olive oil
 800 g tomatoes halved
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 100 ml red wine (omit for halal)
 2 tsp dried oregano
 1 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tsp garlic salt
 1 tsp all spice
 1 bay leaf
COOKING METHODS :
Penade Mixture

- Place in the breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan and tasty cheese in the mixing jar to chop.
Settings: 6 Seconds / Speed : 4

- Set-asides.

Meatballs

- Place sliced beef into mixing jar. For grinding the meat.
Settings: Press TURBO Timer: 2 Seconds

- Add quartered onion and garlic to in the mixing jar.
Settings: Press TURBO Timer: 2 Seconds

- Add eggs, cumin, garlic salt, allspice, onion powder and tomato paste.
Settings: Press TURBO Timer: 3 Seconds

- Add 1 tbsp Penade Mixture and minced chicken. Then combine and mix.
Timer: 2 Minutes/ Speed: 3 / Temperature: 120°C

- Shape the meatballs mixture into even sized meatballs and place on the large and small steamers. Set-asides.

Napoletana Sauce

- Place the onion, peppercorns and garlic in the mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes/ Speed: 1 / / Temperature: 120°C

- Add olive oil and continue to saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes/ Speed: 1 / Temperature: 100°C

- Place the halved tomatoes, sugar, garlic salt, allspice, red wine, oregano, stock paste and tomato paste and blend.
*Caution: Lock with the measuring cup.
Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed 8

- Add the bay leaf in the mixing jar, stack the steamers (with meatballs) on the mixing jar and cook.
Timer: 30 Minutes/ Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Arrange the cooked pasta in an ovenproof dish, add the meatballs on top and pour the Napolitana Sauce over the meatballs.
- Garnish the dish with the reserved Penade Mixture and bake.
Timer: 15 Minutes / Temperature: 180°C
