INGREDIENTS :
 227 g cream cheese
 57 g sour cream
 57 g mayonnaise
 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 2 tbsp capers, drained
 ¼ tsp Tabasco
 113 g smoked salmon, roughly chopped
 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
 salt to taste
COOKING METHODS :

- Place in the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco and capers in the mixing jar.
Settings: Press TURBO Timer: 3 Seconds

- Place the smoked salmon, chives, dill and salt to chop until the salmon is finely chopped.
Settings: 10 Seconds / Speed : 4

- Serve as a dip with crackers or bagel chips, or as a spread with bagels.
